Ottawa and Edmonton Complete deal

The Ottawa Renegades and Edmonton Eskimos have completed a major deal.

Ottawa sent their 2019 and 2020 1st round picks as well as LB Snipes to Edmonton for their 2019 1st round pick and a 2020 conditional pick.

Although the surface seems smooth and inviting once we look below we see a !++$ storm of activity.

Young Boser has offered up the Eskimos 2nd overall pick and at least 5 teams have stepped up to the table.

Jacksonville, Hamilton, Minnesota, Ottawa and Birmingham are all reportedly in the mix.

Sources close to the team have said Minni may be closest to sealing the deal offering a player and a pick, as well as a shower session with Boser and the boys.

Well Gents there goes another season. Congrats to both Graill competitors. I'd should wish Tyler more for winning, but the cheating @## of a @##$%, won't get the satisfaction from me. (Seeing I spent 2.5 million on a FA TE when we can just run 6 widesouts instead.)

I'd have to say the new files sure seem to ease the pain of losing.......and boy I'm a testement to that. It was a fun year even if it wasn't very successfull for my mighty Eskimos.

Its was like time stood still, then actually went backwards. Moving us back 20 years. The beloved Kennedy vs the hated Reiter. Good vs Evil. Large vs small. bald vs not-as-bald.

The Gades were on the road for the second week in a row. The little Farry at the controls. Both teams came out to play, with the Ottawa team playing a little more disciplined (sp) ball. Minni lost WR1 on the third play of the game and never really were able to replace him through out the game.

The Stamps won a close one. The D made 1 play all game but it was a huge interception late in the game that allowed the Stamps to take the lead. From there we held on to win by 4. Neil called a great game if it wasn't for the turnover there is a good chance he would have been off to the second round.

The Stamps beat the Green Riders 42-24. The rider coaching staff gambled big all night. Haven't seen that many 4th down gambles since Wist left the league. They also recovered a short kick off. It took a while but the Stamp O finally made the Riders pay for all the chances they took. We just hope we didn't give the Riders the ammo they need to beat us in the playoffs.

Rusty Rucker spoke to the Calgary press Wednesday about becoming the new TD leader for the LFL. "It is a great honor to become the all time leader for TD passes in this great league. I would like to thank the Calgary organization for believing in me. They took a chance when they traded one of the best DL of all time Gerald Baylis along with 4 other players to get me and the other 4 guys that came from Dallas with me. Those were different days back then players were traded constantly....
